FuelBuddy - Key Account Management Role (2-7 yrs)
FuelBuddy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join as the Sales - New Client Acquisition. This role is crucial to our expansion plans, and we are looking for a person who can drive business growth in Gurugram.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets for key accounts.
- Onboard new clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with key account objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights for management review.
- Build new and nurture strong relationships with clients in the city to enable growth and achieve revenue objectives
Requirements :
- 3 - 8 years of proven experience in key account management, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in the oil & gas, automobile, and generator industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving business outcomes.
- Good analytical skills. Experience using CRM and report making.
- Good managerial qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Note : Personal Laptop is mandatory
Workdays : 6 days workweek
