Job Summary :

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to support our sales team by reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate must have experience in telesales and should be proficient in using a laptop and an Android mobile device for daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Contact potential and existing customers via phone to inform them about FuelBuddy's services.

- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

- Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed information, and address any concerns.

- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into customers.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

- Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.

- Follow up on leads and prospects to maximize sales opportunities.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and improve sales techniques.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role.

- Excellent communication skills with a clear, persuasive speaking style.

- Ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Proficient in using a laptop for data entry and maintaining records.

- Must own an Android mobile device for accessing company tools and applications.

- Ability to work independently and handle rejection with resilience.

- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales software is a plus.
