Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Management :
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Utilize Bing Places, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads to optimize paid social campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity.
Content Creation :
- Produce compelling and high-quality content for various digital channels, including blog posts, articles, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
- Leverage Facebook Leads to generate and nurture leads through content marketing.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for search engines.
SEO and SEM :
- Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for search engines.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Utilise Google Analytics to monitor and analyse website traffic and performance metrics.
Google Maps (GMB) Optimization :
- Manage and optimise the Google My Business (GMB) profile for enhanced local visibility.
- Utilise Google Maps to drive local engagement and foot traffic.
Email Marketing :
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with the target audience.
- Create targeted and personalised email content to drive conversions and customer retention.
Data Scraping :
- Employ data scraping techniques to gather relevant market insights and competitor data.
- Analyze and interpret scraped data for actionable business intelligence.
Analytics and Reporting :
- Proficient in analysing data from various marketing channels and providing insights.
- Experience in creating comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) :
- Implement strategies to optimise website elements for improved conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance user experience and maximise conversions.
Marketing Automation :
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools for streamlining campaigns and workflows.
- Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, content creation, SEO, SEM, data scraping, analytics, CRO, and marketing automation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
