Role Overview :


As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and revenue growth. You will play a key role in identifying and pursuing business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with potential clients, and negotiating contracts. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for expansion.

- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, and online research.

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and revenue goals.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and delivery of services to clients.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
