FuelBuddy - Executive - Key Accounts Management (1-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Post-Sales Coordination: Manage key accounts, resolving inquiries and service issues promptly.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Operations Support: Ensure smooth transitions from sales to service, fulfilling client requests efficiently.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM and utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback, relaying insights to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client status, service issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Training and Support: Assist in training clients and provide ongoing support to maximize product/service value.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should have laptop and an android phone.
