FuelBuddy - Client Relations Executive (0-6 yrs)
Role & responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients, pitching services.
- Understand customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Follow up on sales leads and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, tele calling, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Ability to close sales and handle objections.
- Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Must have an Android phone and a laptop for work purposes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
