Responsibilities :

As we continue to expand our services across various cities, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team and spearhead our efforts to drive sales.

- Lead Generation & Prospecting :

- Conduct market research and prospecting activities to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.

- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead generation techniques to build a robust sales pipeline.

- Identify, target, and engage with clients across various industries to promote our doorstep fuel delivery services.

- Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate new markets, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets.

- Update prospects and client's information on CRM.

- Prepare reports for sales meetings with seniors.

Sales Presentations and Proposals :

Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our doorstep fuel delivery services, refueling containers and the vault, and addressing client concerns and objections.

Contract Negotiation and Closure :

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure new business and drive revenue growth.

- Follow up on leads, overcome objections, and close sales to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries, proposals, and negotiations.

- Understand client needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor solutions and services that address their specific requirements and objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams - operations and supply chain for seamless service.

Experience & Skills Required :

Total experience of 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience.

- Proven track record of success in corporate sales, business development, direct sales, field sales, industrial sales or channel sales roles, preferably in the fuel, energy, logistics, automobile, generator, generator maintenance, heavy equipment manufacturing, commercial lending, ecommerce or related industries.

- Strong understanding of sales techniques with the ability to drive results in a competitive market environment.

- Good negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Results-oriented mind-set with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
