FuelBuddy - Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Lead Generation (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced End-to-End Sales Specialist with a strong background in lead generation, particularly through LinkedIn, and a comprehensive understanding of the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be adept at utilising LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms to drive lead generation, with a proven track record in end-to-end sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Lead Generation:
- Leverage LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential leads.
- Develop and execute effective strategies for maximising lead generation through LinkedIn.
Multichannel Lead Generation:
- Utilise diverse platforms to generate leads, including but not limited to LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Implement innovative approaches to attract and engage prospects across different platforms.
End-to-End Sales:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
UAE Market Expertise:
- Utilise hands-on experience and knowledge of the UAE market to identify opportunities and address client requirements effectively.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics in the UAE.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including lead generation, communications, and outcomes.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to contribute to strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 2-4 years in end-to-end sales, with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Rich experience in LinkedIn lead generation and proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation across various platforms.
- In-depth understanding and successful track record of sales in the UAE market.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
