Business Development Manager - New Client Acquisition
FuelBuddy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join as the Business Development Manager - New Client Acquisition. This role is crucial to our expansion plans, and we are looking for a leader who can drive business growth in Bangalore Area.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies :
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies for acquiring new clients in the designated city.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build, track and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Target achievement of overall sales of the region
- Maintaining performance through input KPIs on a daily basis.
- Build a pipeline for upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts
Leadership and Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team is equipped to meet and exceed sales goals.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build new and nurture strong relationships with clients in the city to enable growth and achieve revenue objectives.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Understand customer requirements and articulate problem statement so as to help pitch/ build the right product.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Reporting :
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements :
- 4+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients.
- Proven track record of launching & establishing cities and making them profitable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong business acumen.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
Workdays : 6 days' workweek
- Willing to travel extensively
