FuelBuddy - Area Manager - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
New Client Acquisition (Business Development)
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies :
- Implement effective sales strategies for acquiring new clients.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build, track, and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Target achievement of overall sales of the region
- Maintaining performance through input KPIs daily.
- Build a pipeline for upselling and cross-selling to existing accounts
Client Relationship Management :
- Build new and nurture strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Understand customer requirements and articulate problem statements so as to help pitch/ build the right product.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Reporting :
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients.
- Proven track record of launching & establishing cities and making them profitable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong business acumen.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
Workdays : 6 days workweek
Willing to travel extensively. Must have own vehicle.
