Fuelbuddy - Area Manager/Area Head (2-7 yrs)
Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Drive top-of-the-funnel sales lead generation and keep a track of the sales lead conversation. Creating an activity/target plan for self on a monthly basis to track pipeline, status of each lead generated by you and the conversion potential.
2. Profile companies based on specific criteria, creating a robust client acquisition pipeline.
3. Set up meetings with prospective clients through email, cold calling, and client site visits.
4. Update and manage all sales activities and opportunities in our CRM.
5. Consistently achieve monthly sales quotas of qualified sales
6. Adhering to the monthly activations plan by product category & executing market activation activities as planned by Department Head/ Senior.
7. Conducting a detailed need analysis to engage with the clients & position FuelBuddy products & services according to the identified need of the client. Highlighting the benefits of the product to the client.
8. Continuous follow up with the client at each stage to convert to Sales.
9. Getting commitment sheet signed off from the client
Required Candidate profile
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Must possess high proficiency in Selling commercial vehicles or heavy industrial equipments or heavy vehicles or oil & gas or lubricants or generators or auto components of heavy vehicle or commercial vehicle financing to the industries.
2. Target Orientation
3. Good persuasion & negotiation skills.
4. Problem Solving and Decision Making
5. Passionate & highly motivated Sales professional6. Must have own vehicle and Laptop
Workdays: 6 days workweek
