Fuelbuddy - Area Head - Sales (3-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the assigned territory.
- Identify and target potential industrial clients, presenting FuelBuddy's value proposition and tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in industrial sectors.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts and regular follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional service delivery to clients.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
- Ensure timely collections from clients and manage the credit cycle effectively.
Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in the fuel, logistics, or energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of the industrial sales process and customer needs in the B2B space.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must own a vehicle and a laptop for work purposes.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
