Job Summary:
We are actively seeking an experienced and dedicated professional with 8-10 years of expertise in franchise creation and development for the position of Senior Franchise Development Manager. This is an individual contributor role, and the successful candidate must be open to extensive travel throughout India. Responsibilities :
Franchise Strategy and Planning :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for franchise creation and expansion, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Leverage market insights to identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities.
Franchise Recruitment and Onboarding :
- Take the lead in identifying and recruiting suitable franchisees, overseeing the evaluation process, and negotiating agreements.
- Work closely with the HR department to establish effective recruitment and onboarding processes.
Franchise Training and Support :
- Design and implement robust training programs to ensure franchisees are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Provide ongoing support, address concerns, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Legal Compliance :
- Stay abreast of relevant franchising laws and regulations, ensuring all activities comply with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to finalize and review franchise agreements.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement :
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for franchise operations.
- Implement corrective actions and strategies to enhance the performance of franchisees.
Market Expansion :
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate franchise activities with overall business operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns supporting franchise growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is advantageous.
- 8-10 years of proven experience in franchise management, specifically in a development capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of financial and business principles related to franchise operations.
Working Days- Monday to Saturday
