Fueladream - Senior Content Specialist (3-8 yrs)
Fueladream [www.fueladream.com] is a Bangalore based crowdfunding platform and marketplace for people & organizations that currently aims to raise funds for creative ideas, causes, charities, events and community-led activities with an initial focus on India. We involve and bring together a community of people who understand the power of giving & can translate that to making an impact.
We connect campaign owners to funders in a way that is productive and engaging. We also spur innovation & make access to funds easy through crowdfunding, while promoting transparency and accountability.
We are looking for a talented person to drive the content strategy for the company. The person should be able to create compelling stories and campaigns for both NGOs, & products, write blog posts, manage social media content and work cross-functionally to create both internal & external communication. They will also be involved in managing our PR strategy. The ideal candidate is someone who can help us expand our digital footprint and drive a lot of value through online content.
The ideal candidate should also have a proven track record of producing content that increases engagement and drives traffic and leads. This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Research, ideate and manage our Communication and Content Strategy on our website, blogs, social media channels and media.
- In line with the above, write, edit, produce and curate engaging stories, content and copy, both long form and short form, for campaigns and partners.
- Create and manage our assets which include blogs, banners, infographics, images, audio & video content.
- Develop content techniques and SEO principles to build traffic, generate leads and engage audiences.
- Content Marketing & Optimization, Understand metatags, page description, keywords, social media sharing features - titles, descriptions, and images.
- Engage closely and business & cross functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric content.
- Support initiatives of continuous improvements in digital content solutions for stakeholders.
- Adopt and narrate a brand language which is consistent, friendly and directional and in accordance to the brand guidelines.
- Write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences (Students, NGOs, Corporates, Colleges, Media).

- Graduate/ Post graduate in communications.
- 4-8 years of relevant work experience in a client facing role is mandatory.
- Experience working in the advertising industry is an advantage.
- Strong English language & copywriting skills.
