- Job Responsibilities-
- Identifying prospects for new business opportunities
- Handling and directing sales enquiries
- Updating and managing the Lead Management System
- Maintaining and building relationships with customers; providing support and service improvements
- Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints
- Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets
Skill requirements :
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confident speaking on the phone
- A passion for selling and relationship building
- Self motivated and goal oriented
- Be willing to go the extra mile both practically (travel as needed) and figuratively
