Fubiq Ventures Pvt. Ltd. a fastest growing Fintech Company, associated with the leading Banks having services like Dmt/Aeps/Mpos/Loans/Insurances/Pan Card/ also with leading NBFCs & Supply Chain Aggregators for CMS operations.
We are looking for ASM/TSM/FSO/SH for Rajasthan, MP, Gujarat, Punjab, Maharashtra area
Exp : 5 - 8 yrs in fintech field only.
1. Drive Sales & Profitability of the assigned region with multi cities / locations
2. Responsible to drive area/ City / Town sales & profit plans to budget through successful leadership, organizational plans, customer service, and outstanding execution of all field operations strategies, consistently across all demography.
3. Know and manage the business by effectively using sales reports, assessing departmental results, and developing specific actions directly related to business development and growth, consistently across all mass channels and locations.
4. Lead and direct the development of vertical-level sales goals and action plans for Channel teams directly tied into measurable results and timely and consistent execution.
5. Know our Mass channel by interacting with the mass channel Units on the sales and observing sourcing patterns, and associate/customer experience.
