The Sales position is a key role within the organization, responsible for driving revenue and increasing market share through effective sales techniques and strategies. This role is instrumental in building and maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads through various channels

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations

- Negotiate and close sales deals

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies

- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and clients

- Provide exceptional customer service and support

- Utilize CRM systems to track and analyze sales data

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

- Participate in sales training and development programs

- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Required qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- Demonstrated success in previous sales roles

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics

- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices

- Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Effective time and task management skills
