Sales Manager


Roles and Responsibilities :

- Acquisition of clients from open market .

- Identify and establish contact with potential clients proactively through phone/field visit prospecting and lead follow up.

- Proven track record in building a strong pipeline, closing business and exceeding quota.

- Develop new client sales and aggressively and systematically move them through the sales process from lead to close

- Maintain contact with new and existing clients to deliver results customer satisfactions and generate business.

- Document all sales activities, including activity, contacts, opportunities, etc.

- Meet and exceed sales revenue targets and accomplish corporate objectives

- All other duties assigned by management.

- Manage a team of TSO.

- Manage attrition and team productivity .

- MIS management.

Requirements :

- Fluent in spoken Hindi, English, Marathi (Knowledge of other language is an added plus)

- Dynamic and smart worker

- Ability to handle incensed situations and clients

- Should have an eye for detail

- Should have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
