FT Cash - Area Sales Manager (7-12 yrs)
The Position: Area Sales Manager
Locations - Mumbai
Job Description :
- As an Area Sales Manager, you will be required to drive the business numbers from existing and new Merchants, Retailers, and SMEs for the unsecured / business loan product.
Role :
- Develop a network of direct and indirect sales teams for generating leads and business
- Establish a new relationship, nurture the existing relationship, train & pitch the loan product to the best fit for the customer
- To prepare action plans individually for effective search of leads, prospects, referrals & DSAs
- Maintain accurate DSR, On field, and off filed training for the Sales Teams
- Recruiting & managing a team of Sales Team
- Supervising the daily activities of executives and maintaining daily MIS of the same.
- Coordination with the Operations and credit teams in maximizing the disbursals
- To track the existing portfolio and ensure the near-delinquent and delinquent customers
- Preferred Industry experience - Bank / NBFC / Fintech handling Sales in unsecured/ Merchant banking/ direct sourcing from market / DSA/ similar industry experience
- Desired experience - Minimum 7 to 12 years, having exposure to Business Loan
- Working Capital Loan with good know-how of technology adaption in businesses.
