Sales Executive
Company Profile and Culture :
Fruitfal (subsidiary of a US-based company) is an up and coming agri-tech startup operating in NCR with plans to have pan India presence. We are looking to solve the supply chain and logistic issues that plague the Indian farmers, retailers and the end consumers. To this end, we plan to create a tech enabled ecosystem powered by mobile apps that connect all the stakeholders enabling smooth and transparent transaction between them.
Responsibilities :
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Setting up the distribution channel
- Training the sales staff
- Developing and managing key accounts
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Qualifications :
- 2-4 years' quota carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Freshers having the zeal to learn are also welcomed
