Position: Business Development

Working days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

A Business Developer works to grow a company's profits by attracting new clients. The job is multivariate since the Company forays into Marketing Strategy, media planning and brand communication. We need people who are fun loving as well as passionate about their work. Ours is a close-knit team where we work together to contribute towards the objectives of the organization. Our clients range from Vadilal, Zodiac, Mumbai Metro to BMW naming just a few. Hence the culture we infuse is young, vibrant and holistic. We value the ideas as we value the resources of the organization i.e. the people.

Responsibilities:

1) Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

2) Meet potential Business heads by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

3) Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

4) Research and build relationships with new clients.

5) Set up meetings with top management & decision makers

6) Plan approaches and pitches, making strategies for clients.

7) Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

Job Requirements:

1) Excellent (read kickass) communication skills

2) An experience of 1 - 2 years in business development in similar industry

3) We don- t hire certificates, we hire for talent

4) A proven track record in strong presentation skills is essential in the role of a Brand Associate.

5) A Business Developer will need to have strong research and strategic analysis skills.

6) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients.

7) Good personality and excellent follow-up and interpersonal skills

8) Business Developers need to be skilled at agreeing and closing deals with clients.
