Roles:

- Take the lead in helping our clients figure out how to achieve their growth objectives. And work with the team to articulate on strategy and ideas.

- Owns client relationships and works to contribute strategic value beyond day-to-day operations.

- Build strong rapport with new and existing clients and with the cross functional team

- Deep understanding of clients business both from a marketing as well as sales side. He/She should be well versed with the business vision of the client and work on it by providing agency solutions.

- Attains P&L targets through a combination of existing business contributions and new business development

- Works with Senior Management to set revenue and margin targets by account. Monitors P&L fluctuations to proactively identify risks and opportunities

- Success of a set of assigned client accounts, leading to account renewals and upsells with accurate internal planning, budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications :

- 6-8 years- of experience with an advertising agency. Should have preferably been involved in Client Servicing, Strategy and Execution.

- Mentor and supervise the internal team members

- Ability to demonstrate creative thinking and analytical problem solving

- Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines

- Strong knowledge of digital media, current local trends in media consumption, marketing opportunities and business trends

- Able to communicate effectively with the client and internal teams acting as a liaison for all the escalation.

- Experience with negotiations, pitches and the ability to take the tougher executive calls
