Market Research - Internship role with Stipend

Description :

Frost & Sullivan is seeking a sharp, business-minded individual, with data analysis and market research skills and/or who has the aspiration for becoming a market researcher /management consultant, for an internship program

Internship Duration : 3 months, might be extended if required

Start Date : From September 2017

Location : Chennai / Mumbai / Bangalore

Stipend : Will be discussed

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Provide support to the Chemicals Materials & Foods (CMF) team by:

- Assisting fellow team members in preparing discussion guides and questionnaires

- Conducting qualitative and quantitative Primary research, desk research, Secondary research

- Collating, analyzing and interpreting data to identify patterns and solutions, obtained from transcripts

- Interpreting results using a variety of techniques

- Writing reports and presenting results with statistics and percentages for quantitative research and key insights /reasons behind certain percentages for qualitative research

- Meets established quality standards

- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements :

- An Engineering Graduate preferably in Chemicals / Petrochemicals / Food Technology

- MBAs would be added advantage

- Should be interested in Market research & Consulting industry

- Must be ready to travel for field interviews, if required

- Excellent ability to gather data and perform market research

- Proficiency with MS office. Good at communication & Interpersonal skills

- Highly organized with attention to detail

- Effective in priority setting and to produce high quality work
