Frost Interactive Services - Senior Growth Hacker - Video Marketing (5-9 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Devise and implement the strategy for YouTube Organic Marketing/ Growth.

- Guide the Graphic Designer, Video Editors and Animators in designing trending templates, thumbnails and other creatives required for our YouTube channel.

- Responsible for the key YouTube performance metrics - Watch Time, Avg. Percentage Viewed, Avg. View Duration, Audience Retention, Re-watches, Engagement, Impressions/ CTR, Card Click Through Rate and Playlist Engagement.

- Identify the user data like Unique Viewers, Views per Unique Viewers and who is watching your videos, form custom audience and devise targeting strategies using this data.

- Identify new trends & keywords and use them to optimize the channel performance.

- Handle end-to-end operations of our YouTube channels. Optimize its performance and take care of the subscriber growth.

- Co-ordinate with the Video Production and Content teams and guide them on how to create trending content.

- Identify and collaborate with the trending YouTube Vloggers who can endorse and promote our content/ channel/ product.

Create dashboards - User Activity, User Engagement, Revenue, Spend Rates and Growth.

- Tracking and Reporting KPIs on weekly, quarterly and annually basis.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing and SEO in which at least 3 years of experience with Content Marketing and YouTube Growth Hacking.

- Experience with YouTube Analytical Tools like Unmetric, ChannelMeter or similar tools.

- Experience in handling and optimizing a YouTube channel with at least 50K subscribers.

- Knowledge of SEO, Growth Hacking techniques and Keyword search.

- Experience in EdTech domain (prefered)
