Frost Interactive - Manager - Digital Marketing (3-8 yrs)
- Devise and implement digital marketing strategies - Quarterly and Annually
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including affiliate marketing, email marketing and other digital advertising
- Analyze the data and use it to improve and optimize the marketing campaigns
- Collect data from various marketing platforms and create data dashboards on Google Data Studio
- Set up, maintain and optimize Google Tag manager
- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency
- Work closely with SEO specialists to improve our organic search.
- Collaborate with SMM specialists to increase our Social Media presence.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals
Requirements:
- Proven work experience into Digital Marketing with 3+ years experience primarily focused on Google platform
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
- Strong knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software, mail marketing tools such as hubspot, pardot, pipedrive, Wordpress, mailchimp, autopilot.
- Hands on experience on Google Marketing Platform - Data Studio and Tag Manager.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Certification in Digital Marketing related course
