Job Purpose/Position Summary :
An inside sales executive is responsible for generating new prospects by interacting with existing and prospective customers in order to garner their interest and convert them into qualified leads for the on-ground outside sales team.
Key performance indicators of this role are :
1. Achievement and exceeding of revenue target,
2. Quality of Sales,
3. Control and management of customer accounts,
4. Team spirit, demonstration of high integrity and values
Key Job Responsibilities :
1. Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calling and email interactions.
2. Diligent follow-ups with inbound leads supported by subsequent email communications.
3. Route qualified leads to outside sales team by initiating appointments.
4. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
5. Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
6. Have a strong eye for research and ability to scout for new prospects, identify the key players in an industry and gather interest.
7. Data exploration - Via multiple Tools & Techniques.
8. Data Quality Assessment.
9. Consolidation & Cleaning of the data.
10. Maintaining/Updation of Reports.
Job Specific Skills :
1. Target driven approach
2. Ability to develop new customers starting from cold calls
3. Basic Knowledge in IT Infrastructure Productions/Solutions is an added plus
