Frontier Business Systems - Key Account Manager - Sales (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
3. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
4. Develop and execute account plans, setting clear objectives and strategies to drive revenue growth.
5. Conduct regular business reviews with clients, providing performance updates, identifying areas for improvement, and offering innovative solutions.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceed client expectations.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks within assigned accounts.
8. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations with clients.
9. Forecast and track key account metrics, analyzing sales data, and generating reports for management review.
10. Stay up to date with industry best practices and advancements, continually enhancing product knowledge and sales techniques.
Job Requirements :
1. Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the IT services sector.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3. Strong business acumen and understanding of key account management principles.
4. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
9. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients.
