Front Office Role - Automotive (1-3 yrs)

As a Front Office Staff member, you will be the first point of contact for customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere while providing excellent customer service. You will assist with daily administrative duties, manage customer inquiries, and support the sales team in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and a strong understanding of customer needs in the used car industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner when they visit the dealership or call for inquiries.

- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries related to used car sales, answering questions and providing information.

- Schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle viewings, coordinating with the sales team.

- Assist with the preparation and processing of sales documentation, including customer contracts, financing, and insurance paperwork.

- Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and professional in appearance.

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including filing, data entry, and managing customer databases.

- Handle customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly or escalating to appropriate staff members.

- Assist in inventory management by updating vehicle information, pricing, and availability on digital platforms and in-house systems.

- Manage cash and process payments for vehicle purchases, down payments, or service-related fees.

- Promote promotions and special offers to customers, helping drive sales.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in a retail or automotive environment).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- 1-2 Years of Experience

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite;
