Role: Front Line Sales
Location: Any Site of Casagrand in Chennai (Only Males)
Work time: 9AM to 6PM
Experience: 1 to 6 years
Job Description:
- Interacting with customers to build relationships, understand their needs, and close sales. Frontline sales roles can include:
- Product knowledge: Being able to explain the features and benefits of products or services to customers
- Customer engagement: Building rapport with customers through friendly and professional interactions
- Needs assessment: Listening to customers and asking questions to understand their needs and preferences
- Sales presentations: Demonstrating products or services to customers
- Quoting and pricing: Providing price quotes and explaining pricing structures
- Closing sales: Using persuasive techniques to close sales deals
- Meeting sales targets: Working to meet or exceed sales goals
- Territory coverage: Ensuring good coverage of the assigned territory
- Developing new accounts: Finding new customers to work with
- Maintaining customer relationships: Keeping in touch with customers to strengthen relationships
- Representing the organization: Acting as a representative of the organization to customers, the government, and other agencies
