Front Line Sales Role (6-8 yrs)
Purpose of Job:
To achieve targeted top-line and bottom line objectives, through proper sales planning, market promotion and operational budgets in the area. Ensuring secondary Sales activity and visiting architects regularly and achieving weekly target in volume and contribution margins.
Principal Accountabilities:
Sales :
- To achieve targeted Sales as per the Annual Operating Plan/Regional Target
- Monthly target vs. achievement of value added products segment.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales and collection plan
- Manage inventory & Dealer's physical stock checking once in a month
- Implementation of coverage plan of visits to dealers, builders, architects, etc.
- Organize Dealer/Architect Meets/Mason Meet/DSM Meet.
- Sub Dealers secondary plan vs. achievement & display.
Network:
- Does proper mapping of network of dealers, sub-dealers & retailers.
- To appoint and nurture distributors across different territories
- Identify new Dealers/Distributor, Appoint New Dealers, Handholding of New Dealers for first 6 months & thereafter.
- Increases width and depth of distribution by increasing reach and adding more dealers/distributors to our network
- Map high end dealers and retail counters to enhance sales
- Market mapping for New Towns and existing towns
Commercial:
- Ensure 30 days cycle and payments of dealers.
- Ensure all projects are on advance payment or PDC
- Keep control over the Credit Period by keeping track of the Ageing Analysis Keep cheque bouncing cases under control Issue credit notes and other dealer payouts by 15th of every month To take proper approval for price support and project order To ensure proper indenting of stock Survey primary breakage at dealer -point
- Realization: Achieve higher realization by promoting high end product mix. Achieve higher volume of sales by providing packaging inputs in high-end products.
- Product Visibility: Gets maximum visibility for the Brand by ensuring proper sampling at all dealer and sub-dealer outlets through To ensure effective merchandising, branding and product awareness at each Dealer Counter Ensure Visibility of the product at prime locations in the dealer counter. Adequate and appropriate display with high Brand Visibility. Ensure Training of Dealer Sales Man on product attribute/pricing.
- MIS: Keeps tab on competition pricing, new product launch and promotional activities Gives feedback on trends and market share Turbo entry of daily visit. Update Project pipeline list every month. PJP vs. Actual.
