Job Description: Front Line Sales Manager
Position Overview:
To oversee and direct the Agency Channel for our insurance business, we are seeking a Front-Line Sales Manager with expertise and a strong sense of initiative. The ideal applicant will be in charge of hiring, educating, and overseeing a group of insurance agents.
Key Responsibility
- Assemble, train, and onboard a group of insurance salespeople to make sure they hit or surpass their sales goals.
- Make sure the group meets the organization's sales goals and key performance indicators
- Establish and maintain solid bonds with agency partners while making sure they support corporate objectives.
- Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction by swiftly addressing any complaints or difficulties raised by customers.
Desired candidate profile:
- Education: Graduation is mandatory
- Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
- Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
- Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
- Minimum 1 +Years Experience in Insurance sector
