Front Line Sales Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Front Line Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Hubli. This role requires a strong leader who can drive sales, coach team members, and ensure business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Develop and implement territory-based sales plans to maximize market penetration.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance evaluations to ensure goal alignment.
- Provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and skill development for the sales team.
- Identify and capitalize on high-potential sales opportunities in the region.
- Ensure effective lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups to convert potential customers.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to motivate, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for client interactions.
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Hubli and nearby areas.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Resilient and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.
