Job Summary :
The Frontline Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and growth within a designated agency territory. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and operational excellence to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Establish clear performance expectations
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to foster agent growth and development.
- Empower agents to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales management within the life insurance industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- CTC up to 3.5 LPA
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales performance management tools.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
