Front Line Sales Manager - Banca Channel (1-3 yrs)
- The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving insurance sales and building strong relationships with the bank's customers and staff.
- This role involves strategic planning, sales execution, and customer relationship management to achieve sales targets and enhance the insurance company's market position within the bank channel.
Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and exceed targets.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities within the bank's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the bank.
Relationship Management :
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with bank staff to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
- Conduct regular meetings with bank branches to understand their needs and provide necessary training and support.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
Sales Management :
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and performance objectives.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Product Knowledge :
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's insurance products and services.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to bank staff and customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Compliance Adherence :
- Ensure adherence to all insurance and banking regulations.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
