Front Line Executive - Sales - BFSI (1-3 yrs)
Requirements :
Candidate preferably from Direct Marketing Channel
Experience : Minimum 1 Year of sales experience in Life Insurance/Retails sales/Cross sell-Banking products/Fixed Deposit/Home Loan/Mutual Fund/Any Field sales/Direct Sales etc.
Qualification : Graduates.
Age : 24 to 40 Years
Language : Bengali, English with any Regional Languages.
Responsibilities :
- Generating Lead and customer Data base.
- Follow up the customer to get close the business & Making cold calls
- Follow up the renewal data.
- Maintain good relationship with Life insurance related clients & customers.
- Daily update to the respective Branch Manager on the meetings.
- Understanding customer needs and providing service accordingly
