Fronix Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for talented Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you're driven, skilled in communication, and have a passion for sales, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with vendors through emails and phone calls, ensuring effective and timely communication.

- Implement new sales strategies to generate more business and achieve sales growth.

- Leverage sales experience to support department operations and contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage sales data, organize documentation, and maintain accuracy in reporting.

- Work closely with team members and other departments to support efforts aimed at achieving sales objectives and improving team performance.

- Understand and adapt to business requirements, working accordingly to meet departmental goals.

- Contribute as both a team player and individual performer to meet sales objectives.

Key Skills Required:

- Sales Techniques: Understanding of sales processes and strategies to drive results.

- Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication for effective client engagement.

- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate deals and close sales effectively.

- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Excel and Word for data management and reporting.

Qualifications:

- BBA or MBA (Marketing) preferred.

- Strong communication skills (speaking, listening, writing).

- 0-3 years of sales experience (excluding bench sales).
