- Fronix Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for talented Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you're driven, skilled in communication, and have a passion for sales, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with vendors through emails and phone calls, ensuring effective and timely communication.

- Implement new sales strategies to generate more business and achieve sales growth.

- Leverage sales experience to support department operations and contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage sales data, organize documentation, and maintain accuracy in reporting.

- Work closely with team members and other departments to support efforts aimed at achieving sales objectives and improving team performance.

- Understand and adapt to business requirements, working accordingly to meet departmental goals.

- Contribute as both a team player and individual performer to meet sales objectives.

Key Skills Required :

- Sales Techniques : Understanding of sales processes and strategies to drive results.

- Communication Skills : Proficiency in verbal and written communication for effective client engagement.

- Negotiation Skills : Ability to negotiate deals and close sales effectively.

- Microsoft Office : Proficiency in Excel and Word for data management and reporting.

- Problem-Solving : Ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions.

- Teamwork : Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

- Time Management : Efficient handling of tasks and meeting deadlines.

- Adaptability : Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and objectives.

Qualifications :

- BBA or MBA (Marketing) preferred.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

- Strong communication skills (speaking, listening, writing).

- 0-3 years of sales experience (excluding bench sales).
