Friss - Officer - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Friss India eCommerce Marketplace is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Officers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have experience in seller onboarding and business development. This is a field-based role that requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a keen understanding of the eCommerce industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new sellers onto the Friss India eCommerce platform.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, retailers, and manufacturers.
- Educate sellers on platform benefits, registration processes, and operational guidelines.
- Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets through field visits and outreach. Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and potential partners.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seller support.
- Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and market insights.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in business development, sales, or eCommerce seller onboarding.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Work Style: Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Other Requirements: Willingness to travel within the assigned region (fieldwork role).
