Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Identify new market opportunities and design plans to capture them.

Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales goals.

Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Provide insights to the management team for informed decision-making.

Sales Operations: Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and closures. Prepare and present sales reports to the management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
