Frio Harvest - Associate - Business Development/Sales (2-4 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Identification of prospective customers and selling opportunities, targeting different consumer groups such as offices, restaurants, fitness centers etc.
2. Manage the entire sales process and assist in developing sales proposition for different customer profiles
3. Participate in relevant food and beverage events across Mumbai to promote brand and product
4. Brand building: work with marketing agency to create brand awareness through social media and offline engagement
5. Monitor customer feedback both online and offline to provide inputs and suggestions for improvement to product team and operations team.
6. Manage customer queries and handle grievances (both online and offline) to ensure a positive customer experience
7. Prepare marketing materials, presentations and assist in creation and distribution of promotional material and content
8. Analyze customer, competitor, marketing and sales data to provide actionable insights
9. Customer Relationship Management: maintain relationship with existing and potential institutional customers to identify avenues for cross-selling and up-sell
Role requires :
1. A proactive self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
2. Self-motivated, willing to work hard and takes ownership of work
3. Highly presentable, confident and strong communicator
4. Has excellent interpersonal, and negotiation skills
5. Ability to achieve sales targets month-on-month
