We're looking for a skilled content strategists to increase our brand presence across the globe. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content to wow our prospects and educate our customers. Your work involves creating content that is in-depth, actionable and sometimes technical on the topics of customer experience, IT service management, sales and more. We have a formula for creating content by referencing the best but we know that solid content does not come easy. We need the best mind in the business to help us stand out in a crowded software market.

Responsibilities :

- Strategize and deliver actionable content for our prospects and customers in the form of white papers, research reports, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs.

- Use storytelling and emotion to bring technical content to life and compel the reader into taking action.

- Own and execute the content calendar; work with our design and web teams to deliver on time.

- Optimize content for different formats (SEO, blogs, infographics, etc.) for better consumption.

- Measure and improve content programs.

- Implement process changes to drive operational excellence.

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of content writing or marketing experience, preferably at a B2B enterprise software company.

- Prior experience in creating high-quality content; Running a personal profile/blog/publication is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Linguistics; Master's is a plus.

- Has a way with words. Should be able to simplify and explain complex subjects easily.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
