Experience-: Having Experience in dealing with Sales of Food Products through Ecommerce Channel.

Job Profile:

- New startup: Set up and maintain P/L of Ecommerce channel for PAN India for Second Nature Products.

- Managing Ecommerce Operations and generating sales through the same.

- Vendor management: Setting up vendor (Courier and Logistics vendors etc.) network for Ecommerce channel

- Ecosystem creation: Developing Sales, Marketing and logistics department for Ecommerce.

- Driving Sales Planning, Category & Product Management with Ecommerce portals to achieve business objectives.

- Owning P&L responsibility with key focus on efficient supply chain & Inventory management.

- Planning & executing promotions / activities covering online visibility with respective Category

Team across the Channel

- Leading innovations on Supply chain & logistics to consistently strive to reduce cost of operations with improved time to market.

- Monitoring payments Cycle from e-Commerce Channels, Stock reconciliation and (Return from Channel)

- Merchandising for e-commerce business for expansion and city penetration to grow the online business with the help of various BI tools

- Negotiating with the vendors to get best prices for the benefit of company

- Customer Data Management: Develop a highly secured system to preserve Customer Database and timely utilizing the database for communication updates via newsletters for customer retention

- Driving the customer care team of online business for up selling and customer satisfaction to build the brand value
