Responsibilities and Duties:
- As a customer service representative you will have to effectively manage large volume of incoming calls & emails.
- Will have to be a people friendly person.
- Good communication and understanding of local language to take up orders, complaints and queries.
- Good verbal and written skills to answer to emails regarding- refund, registration, complaints or want to sell with us.
- Should be multilingual.
- Customer service experience would be a plus.
Qualification: Any graduation
