Fresh Paprika - Strategic Alliance/B2B Sales Role (0-1 yrs)
1. Contact Potential customers (HR Heads or Admin Heads) and handles the digital acquisition of the potential customers on the Fresh Paprika Platform.
2. Completion and validation of database of HR and Admin Directors visits within the territory.
3. Profiling of every B2B client within the database using Linkedin and Whatsapp platform and initial coverage to ascertain interest.
4. Responsible for recruitment and onboarding of interested partners/referrals and production partners, building and maintaining strong professional relationships with them, and making them permanent customers.
5. Responsible for training and also troubleshooting for a set of customers with respect to the platform and any of its products or services.
6. Responsible for achieving onboarding targets, adoption, sales targets, and delivery of high-quality customer service to existing and potential customers.
7. Client Relation and close co-ordination with Management.
8. Candidate should be confident, presentable, and fluent in using social media.
9. Candidate should be energetic and know how to communicate with senior leaders.
10. Candidate should be okay for the Work From Home.
11. Candidate should be okay with Consument Interaction, Digital Acquisition, and Insight for 1-2 hours in a day.
