Fresh Paprika -Merchant Acquisition Role (0-1 yrs)
1. Build and manage connections with local vendors, merchants for acquisition with Fresh Paprika.
2. Draft a merchant acquisition strategy covering the Sales Team, geographies, Merchant categories, and Merchant segments.
3. Hiring and motivating a sales team spanning 10-12 people in the Distribution organization to onboard merchants on Fresh Paprika.
4. Build the strategy for scaling the high-frequency categories using QR Code, IVR, and Commission Strategy for retains like Chai shops, Paan wala, Pharma shop, and Kiranas and integrating with a sales organization.
5. Develop mechanisms for applying learning and experiences to improve merchant acquisition processes.
6. Build processes to gather Merchant feedback on the sales process, service, merchant facing product, customer-facing product.
7. Work with the marketing team to develop a visibility plan for these merchants both offline and on the Fresh Paprika website.
8. Negotiate smart contracts with vendors and suppliers.
9. Develop mechanisms to inform stakeholders about the progress across all businesses through updates, reports.
