Fresh Ok - Senior Executive - Sales (3-6 yrs)
- Acquire new key accounts in retail, wholesalers, exporters, catering, and hospitality sector etc. in domestic market and develop market linkage
- Develop long-term partnerships with targeted accounts that result in increased sales and margins
- Execute channel sales strategy to assure strategic alignment
- Monitor, control and maintain product allocations and pricing strategy
- Achieve retail & food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals for the assigned territories
- Daily coordination: Inform, update and provide feedback to Procurement team and senior management
- To ensure timely payments and vendor reconciliation
- Provide category leadership for the portfolio(s) assigned, within the geographic region assigned.
- Develop deep buyer, market, and category level insights and partner with various teams, to drive the sustainable and profitable growth
- Drive planning & execution of category and subcategory level business plans for the month, quarter, and year. Ensure the achievement of targets set, and an optimal portfolio mix to ensure profitability
- Maintain the highest level of on-ground team execution hygiene and productivity
- Minimize the overheads to have maximum profitability from the business
- Responsible for the end-to-end customer lifecycle and continuously works on improving it
- Capture a higher category share of wallet by influencing enabling factors like fit-to-market selection and pricing on the platform, adequate credit assignment, multi-level engagement from BDE, RLs, and self, etc

- Ensure the regular and productive deployment of a right-sized team (BDE, RLs) to ensure effective buyer coverage and execution of all other deliverables
