Position : Senior Executive II/ Assistant Manager - Marketing
Experience : 3-5 years, Exposure of Customer Relationship management in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals or Device industry
Minimum Qualification: Graduates with full time Degree / Diploma/Post graduation in Marketing
Base Location: Gurgaon Office
Summary of Role:
Effectively manage Customer Care - regular calls for customer feedback, complaints, issue escalation
- Single point of contact for Customer's queries and feedback
- Share insights on customer's feedback through effective reports development
- Manage online feedback management solutions, identify opportunities and alternative solutions in this area
- Tracking the post-event follow-ups of event participation and customers feedback
- Support targeted marketing programs and activities for smooth organization and execution
- Assist in development of new marketing collateral and coordination for production and designing of a wide range of marketing communications for customers
- Inter-Department liaising and Day to day co-ordination for end to end event solutions
- Understanding and adherence to the compliance policies of the organization in marketing and communications
Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required :
- Graduates with full time Degree / Diploma/Post graduation in Marketing
- 3-5 years of work experience in marketing coordination / execution in healthcare, pharmaceuticals or device industry
- Exposure of customer relationship management for service providers / healthcare service providers
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Good communication skills
- Excellent command on job related technical requirement (Microsoft, Internet, Apps based works etc.)
