FreightBro - Business Development Executive (0-2 yrs)
Business Development : Profiling of customers and generate business with assigned target customers according to the sales plan. Presentation of entire range of products Create and implement visit plan. Create and update sales orders. Understand the business potential of the customer and also estimate the business that we can get. Achieve the budget allocated. Report visit in CRM app on daily basis and maintain data integrity.
Business Maintenance : Nurture long-term relationships with assigned clients to ensure customer retention and increased share of wallet. Ensure regular reporting as per requirement. Proactively planning and involving functional heads in the successful maintenance of the account. Is responsible for the satisfaction of a defined portfolio of existing customers allocated to him/her and for a lasting business relationship.
Product development: Inform Product team about market and industry relevant customer information and requirements.
Policies and tools, compliance, legal & security: Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and processes within the sales organization. Ensure the regular, correct use of all relevant customer applications, especially CRM app.
Handover: Ensure proper handover of business to support team, working in close collaboration with support teams to achieve successful handover between Sales and support.
Reporting & Reivew: Ensure monthly or any other reports are sent on agreed timeline to the corporate office. Monthly review of the business handled figures as per KPI's and Target. Monthly review of the business against target for each customer.
