FreeUp - Executive - Business Development (1-4 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Engage with all new sellers on FreeUp across India and convert them to successfully sell and grow on FreeUp
- Achieve monthly targets for new seller conversions
- Ability to work independently within a team environment with a Target-oriented approach and strong attention to customer experience and commitment to quality customer service
- Build a sustainable relationship of trust and respect with customers by maintaining a positive and empathetic behavior at all times.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and take ownership of issues and have the determination to follow through.
- Work with the management to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed about any changes in the company policies.
- Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate solution.
- Have good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally or externally and at all levels and should be a team player.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Very good command of English & Hindi
- Minimum 1 - 2 yrs of experience working as Business Development/Sales
- Comfortable with doing Sales calling from home (60-100 calls per day)
