Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced, performance and result-oriented marketer to lead the overall digital marketing strategy for the Fin-Tech brand FreEMI . The candidate needs to have a very in-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, and will be responsible for customer acquisition. Strong data analysis, and detailed and relevant insights in digital marketing are important skills the candidate should possess.
The objective will be to completely own and drive customer acquisition through a mix of free and paid channels including search, display, social, content and other media. The acquisition strategy will be completely defined and owned by the individual, who will be responsible for optimizing marketing budgets, scaling existing channels, and piloting new channels to acquire customers in the most effective manner.
Responsibilities :
- Define the digital marketing strategy and drive acquisitions to acquire new customers and retain the existing customers
- Handle Paid promotions, Google Adwords & Facebook/Instagram adverts optimizing them for maximum ROI
- Be responsible and own performance metrics, including tracking efficiencies of the marketing spend across channels including SEO, SEM, Facebook, SMS, Email, affiliates, content marketing, and optimize to achieve business goals and give best possible results
- Be experimental in approach and explore new channels to drive traffic and acquisition
- Build effective and relevant customer profiles for future marketing campaigns
- Continually experiment with new ad copies, creatives & landing pages to optimise for conversion
- Create weekly tracking reports to analyse performance and progress towards goals
Requirements :
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an e-commerce company
- Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, display advertising campaigns, marketing database, email, and social media advertising campaigns
- Deep understanding of popular online channels and forums
- Should showcase strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaigns
- Strong communication skills & great design sense to manage content development
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript will be a plus, not mandatory
- Adaptability and flexibility working across teams
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
